SHELL COVE is located on the 5th floor of the Sunset Chateau Condominium building on the sands of Sunset Beach in Treasure Island Florida. This Sunset Beach condo is decorated in bright and clean traditional Florida style. Views are tremendous. The panoramic Gulf and beach view is second to none...and there is also a fantastic elevated water view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the bedroom.

Each unit in Sunset Chateau is individuallly owned and operated. This unit is updated, light and bright and offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, dining and living area. Shell Cove has most everything you will need for your vacation when you stay with us on Sunset Beach. We strive to provide so you do not need to run out for anything additional.

General amenities include: private bedroom, full kitchen, full bathroom, living and dining rooms. Inground pool, ample/unassigned parking, decks with tables/chairs, on site laundry.

Shell Cove is light and bright, beaming of traditonal Florida style. The living room has wall-to-wall carperting and is furnished with futon, love seat, and ottoman. The futon pulls out to a "full" size bed. There is a celing fan/light. There is a TV with DVD player housed in a Florida-style armoire. Television viewing is via digitial cable.

The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs to seat four.

The kitchen is full equipped with oven/range, refrigerator, over-the-range microwave oven, dishwasher, dual bowl sink with disposer, toaster, coffee maker, ample newer cabinetry, and Corian countertops. All cookware and utensils are included.

The bathroom is a full bath. All towels, mats, cloths provided.

The bedroom has a King bed with all linens, dresser, night stand, TV, storage ottoman, alarm clock/radio, ceiling fan/light, and extra large closet.

Exterior chairs/table, cooler, beach towels, and beach umbrella are provided. Spare linens and towels provided.
